Mary's Travels in Croatia
This blog serves as a journal of my four and a half month stay in Croatia, where I am teaching English at the University of Rijeka on a Fulbright Grant. I arrived in Croatia February 28 and return to the U.S. July 17, 2006.

How interesting that the name of a food would cause such concern. Just an underscoring to all of us that an understanding of culture is so important in communicating between people!
